material: permanent vinyl, reflective + glossy
application: carefully. thoroughly clean the surface you're looking to apply it to with alcohol or glass cleaner, peel solid white backing off sticker and place on desired surface; use a credit card, squeegee or other smooshy item to press the sticker onto whatever, then carefully peel transfer tape off front of sticker surface.
